ACTIVITIES:

1. Individually Directed Retreats:
Chapel Chiang Mai

The main focus is the personal experience of God. Each retreatant meets with the director personally once a day to share his/her experience of God during that day in order to understand better the promptings of the Spirit. The director might suggest Scripture passages for meditation, but fully respects the freedom of the directee in his/her dealings with God, without imposing any way of prayer or setting any goals for the directee. The retreatant makes his/her own schedule and so is able to develop his/her response to God's invitation and his/her own rhythm of prayer. Silence is kept at all times during the whole length of the retreat as a means to increase awareness of God's presence. An individually guided retreat can last any number of days from one day to one month. and be held any time of the year, depending on the availability of directors.

2. Preached retreats:

The director offers 2-3 talks a day and gives direction for prayer. This kind of retreat can be fitting for groups. Occasions for individual spiritual direction depend on the availability of the director.

3. Personal retreat:

Everybody is invited to come and spend a day or several days in silent prayer on his or her own. The retreatant might like to approach a director on request.

== Please notice that absolute silence is kept all the time during a retreat. ==

4. Seminars:

Each year a series of seminars on spiritual topics are offered by the Seven Fountains Spirituality Center for particular groups. The minimum number for a seminar is ten people, the maximum thirty-five. Some of the topics offered are:
